1. Overview
These terms govern the purchase of design and development services from Uygar Studio. By placing an order you agree to the scope, delivery times and revision counts stated in the selected package.
2. Scope & Deliverables
Each package lists its included deliverables, delivery window and number of revision rounds. Work outside the listed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project information, content and timely feedback. Delivery timelines start once the required materials are received.
4. Payments
Orders are placed and paid through our secure card checkout. Card details are encrypted and handled by our payment provider; we never store your full card number. All prices are shown in USD.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, final deliverables are transferred to you. Pre-existing tools, libraries and reusable components remain the property of Uygar Studio.
6. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on a best-effort basis. Uygar Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the delivered work.
