Refund Policy

1. Before Work Begins
If you cancel before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of the package price.
2. After Work Begins
Once work has started, refunds are prorated based on the portion of work completed. Delivered milestones are non-refundable.
3. Custom Quotes
Custom Web Application projects follow the refund terms agreed in writing during scoping, due to their bespoke nature.
4. Failed Payments
A failed payment never creates an order and is never charged, so no refund is required.
5. How to Request
To request a refund, contact us with your order ID. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.
